Florent Hobein, Head of EnGen.

“After six years as an entrepreneur, I joined padoa as a freelancer. Right from the interview, I felt that I could continue to grow technically, and I wasn’t disappointed! The positive atmosphere and supportive management convinced me to become a full-time employee a few months later.”
Pierre Moulonguet, Developer Manager.
At padoa since 2019

“I joined padoa in 2020 and am now a Run Project Manager. My role involves supporting our clients in using the tool, assisting management with strategic decision-making through key performance indicators, and engaging with end users to understand their needs and collaboratively shape the solution’s evolution.”
