Founded in 2016, padoa is today celebrating its 10th anniversary and is helping to make the world of work a safer place. Thanks to its high-performance specialist software, padoa supports the digital transformation of Occupational Health and Safety Services (OHS).

The collaborative platform, developed in partnership with users, frees SPSTs from administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on what matters most: prevention and personal support.
Today, more than 350 staff members are involved in this project across Paris, Berlin and Munich, and 9 million employees are supported via the platform.

Padoa is certified as a Health Data Host, and holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications for data security and the protection of personal data.
