Putting a vary large OH provider to the digital standard of 2024
Initial situation

Large OH provider in the Paris region delivering service to 1 million+ employees through more than 50,000 clients. 1,200+ internal staff.

The OH provider had been building their own “software galaxy” through an internal IT team of ~30 people

They were struggling to keep pace with new sector standards with their internal system  

  • Full redesign of the system had been a failure  

  • All non-integrated systems yielded inconsistent master data

  • Many manual operations were required, consuming a large amount of time  

  • New regulations and new standards could not be integrated on time into the systems

The OH provider was starting to lose clients due to the lack of digital services they provided and the lack of confidence from clients in data security

They decided in 2022 to change their strategy and go for the padoa integrated solution

Achievements with padoa

Padoa was fully deployed in 2023 with all processes updated and all data migrated on time

They immediately saw an increase in satisfaction from customers though the digital tool provided : in less than a year they decreased their churn rate and started acquiring new clients

The overall cost of padoa was rapidly offset by the efficiency gains in the support teams (IT and operations)
